• Aveli

  Aveli was captivated by Michael Jackson and Mariah Carey from an early age, leading her naturally into a life immersed in music. Her journey deepened in high school when she began dancing, drawing influence from genres like HIPHOP, R&B, and Soul, ultimately shaping her own unique musical identity. She began performing in 2007 as both a backup dancer and singer. In 2018, she met FAVES and expanded her path to include work as a vocal coach. The following year, she co-founded connect, a collective of singers and vocal trainers. In 2020, under the production of DEEN's Shuuichi Ikemori, connect released their first mini-album Ivy. In 2021, she appeared on the TV show The Karaoke Battle, and in 2022, she joined Nariaki Obukuro's Japan tour as a supporting vocalist, also performing at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '22. In 2024, she officially launched her solo career with the debut single GRAY, and has since continued to release a steady stream of new music. As a one-of-a-kind singer-songwriter with profound empathy and emotional sensitivity, Aveli captures the complexity of life - its pain, struggles, and loneliness - through her music. Yet her songs never dwell in darkness; they carry a message of resilience: we become stronger because we have known pain. Her voice gently reaches into the depths of the listener's heart, offering moments of reflection and emotional connection.
