MuchaMuchaM is a new band project by Shogo Sato, who also works as ORANCHA.
The album features 11 tracks, including the danceable neo-Thai funk "Mai Pen Rai" and the Taiwanese mellowness "Bing Long Moon".
Their music, which is instrumental but with guitar "singing", mixes Asian sounds with a nostalgic flavor of traditional Japanese music, creating a unique psychedelia.
The cover was drawn by TOYAMEG, who herself loves subtropical countries such as Asia and Mexico.
