M1 Apollon
Apollo is the sun god in Greek mythology, and I named this song after him.
I composed it in 2020, during the self-restraint period of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was a time when I began to think more deeply about the world.
M2 Shadow of the Sun(Taiyou no Kgeri)
Just as light and shadow, yin and yang represent balance, everything has two sides.
When one side is illuminated, the other is cast into shadow.
This song expresses the beauty and loneliness of the sun - a symbol of light-
when it is veiled in darkness.
M3 Mori no Tawamurex(like meanning " Playing in forest"~Tempo de Floresta2~
This song captures the passage of time within a forest.
While *Tempo de Floresta* from my previous album *Foliage* depicted
the transition from pre-dawn darkness to daybreak,
this piece expresses the deepening of the night, from dusk to midnight.
M4 Gugyou no Hateni(At the End of Folly)
Foolishness. I believe that many of our actions stem from the weakness of the heart,
often leading to escapism. The desire for approval, the need to conform,
and many other emotions arise from living among others.
This song conveys the emptiness hidden within those struggles.
We cannot live by our own thoughts alone.
M5 Pao de Queijo
A tribute to one of Brazil' s most iconic foods-cheese bread.
This bright and easily approachable piece is performed with just one guitar,
yet it is rich with the essence of Brazilian guitar music.
What makes it slightly different from my usual style is the use of drop D tuning.
M6 Caminho do Sol ~Song for T~
This song was written for Mr. T, who has been a great supporter of my music.
He has a wonderful smile, a cheerful and passionate spirit,
and beneath it all, a quiet, delicate side.
I take pride in having captured his essence through this composition.
M7 Kaleidoscope
What will we feel when we look back on our lives near the end?
What thoughts will cross our minds at that moment?
I have yet to experience it, but I imagined the music
that might play when that inevitable time comes - and composed this song.
M8 Jounetsu no Urafgawa(The Other Side of Passion)
This song embodies the driving force behind spreading my music.
I composed it in 2016, shortly after I began performing as a leader.
My music and worldview are shaped by passion,
and the selfishness that often lurks behind it.
