13ELL (Bell) from DCA was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan. His 2018 release GO AHEAD feat. SNEEEZE gained major attention when it was used during the Men's BMX Freestyle competition at the Tokyo Olympics. In May 2019, he released his 3rd EP, "CANDY DATE" which reached No.1 in the Hip-Hop category on both iTunes and Apple Music.
