However, the relentless intensity of the industry took a toll on her health after three years, leading her to seek a path more aligned with her true self. Returning to her lifelong passion for singing, she joined a performing arts academy to reinvent herself as an artist. In 2010, she made her mark by writing the lyrics and performing the insert song for the film Oh! My Brother, starring Hidetaka Akai. In May 2011, she officially debuted as an indie artist under the name AYA. Today, she continues to captivate audiences with her refined musicality and deep-rooted passion for the stage.
