Rooted in rock while embracing progressive, metal, cinematic, and experimental influences, YUSUKE creates music that balances technical precision with expressive freedom. His drumming is driven by groove, dynamics, and atmosphere, always serving the emotion of the music rather than the pursuit of complexity alone. Through his solo project, ysk, he writes, arranges, and produces original works that invite listeners into immersive sonic worlds. Alongside his own artistic endeavors, he has performed extensively as a live and studio musician, bringing his distinctive musical voice to a wide range of artists and productions. To YUSUKE, the drums are more than an instrument they are a language without words, capable of expressing what cannot be spoken.
