• HIROAKI NAKASHIMA

  He was born in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. He lives in Tokyo. He is the vocalist of the Japanese rock band I-ai- and a composer who produces and performs most of their songs. He made his nationwide debut in 2004 as the leader of I, a rock band he started in junior high school. 3 years after disbanding in 2008, he resumed his activities as the vocalist of I-ai- in 2011 with his older sister Yuki. They went on a successful European tour with their album released on New Year's Day 2014. In 2014, she successfully performed her first solo project concert for 2 days in Stockholm, Sweden. In 2015, he had a successful solo concert in Paris, France. He also toured Russia, Ukraine and Ireland. Both band and solo appeared on the cover of foreign music magazines.
