Launched in July 2025, ANEMONÉ is a rising pop collective led by singer-songwriter MION, where a circle of creators come together to weave a sound they call "Bitter, sweet-pops."With their first two singles, "baby's breathe" and "The Night Steals" the project has begun gaining traction across social media and music communities for its cinematic atmosphere and emotional songwriting.
Closing out the year, ANEMONÉ returns with their third single, "destiny". Written and composed by MION and arranged by core member Tatsuto Wakabayashi (Gt. / ex-Monthly Muc & New Caredonia), the track embraces a warm, organic band sound, recorded with a deliberately minimal and intimate setup.
While ANEMONÉ's earlier releases explored the theme of romance, "destiny" shifts its gaze toward family-capturing the gentle moments of everyday life, the first time we feel truly safe, the closeness and distance between loved ones, and the unchanging bonds that persist through changing days. The song reflects on the "first destined person" we meet when we enter this world: family, and the irreplaceable time we share with them.
With its honest lyricism and tender production, "destiny" expands ANEMONÉ's emotional palette and marks a new chapter in their storytelling.
