So long, so far

Everyone feels a sense of unease when facing something new or the start of a new chapter in life.
It seems that witnessing our parents age and parting ways with loved ones often happens around the same time.
I composed this piece while reflecting on the importance of feeling not just sadness, but also gratitude for the time spent together.
