"Beginning of the Light" was born from a walk home on a night when I couldn't smile the way I wanted to. Under a fading streetlight, I kept listing all the reasons I couldn't do something. Even when we want to move forward, there are times we push our own voice aside, aren't there?
This song isn't about dramatic success or sudden change. It's about the quiet moment when a small light begins to glow inside your chest. A simple word from someone. The clear sky after the rain. Little things like that can gently warm your heart before you even realize it. I believe those moments slowly teach us to trust ourselves again.
Strength isn't forcing yourself to stand up. It's choosing to believe in yourself, even a little, despite everything. That's the kind of gentle strength I poured into this song.
