During his childhood, he was exposed to British new wave and R&B music playing in his parents' car, and although the genres were different, this experience sparked a pure love for music.
During high school, he was introduced to hip-hop through a cypher organized by an upperclassman, and became fascinated by the way words were used and the rhythms in hip-hop music.
Rejecting fixed notions and refusing to be bound by anything, he maintains a free-spirited musical style, using his melancholic yet delicate vocals as his signature to create his works.
