Distorted Wave, the alternative hip-hop/R&B unit formed by Yazzy Tanaka and ROVER, releases their third full-length album, 20XXDW.

Across 14 tracks - written, composed, arranged, mixed, and mastered entirely by the two of them - the duo moves freely through the sounds of Jersey Club, Baile Funk, House, Drum & Bass, and UK Garage, relentlessly pursuing a sound that could only be theirs. Featuring guests EASTA, KVGGLV, HWARYEON, and TOMOMI, the album expands its world even further. ラッパーYazzy TanakaとトラックメイカーROVERによる、Hip-Hop／R&B／オルタナティヴを基軸とした音楽デュオ兼プロデューサーユニット。 Yazzy Tanakaは、鋭く情緒的なリリックと独自の世界観で魅せるソロアーティストであり、作詞家・プロデューサーとしても幅広く活動。 ROVERは、音楽グループ「ROYALcomfort」のメンバーとしてキャリアを築きながら、トラックメイカー／プロデューサーとしても多数のアーティストに楽曲を提供している。 さらに2025年からは、アートディレクター／映像クリエイターのKIIが正式加入し、 ミュージックビデオの撮影・編集など、ビジュアル面での表現力が加わり、Distorted Waveはより強固なクリエイティブユニットへと進化した。 アーティスト、プロデューサー、映像クリエイターという3つの視点が交錯することで、ジャンルや形式に縛られない、唯一無二の音楽と映像が生み出されている。 ユニット名「Distorted Wave（＝歪曲波）」は、音楽やアートの常識や既成概念に揺さぶりをかけ、ブレや歪みすらも表現の一部とするその姿勢を象徴している。
