Artist Profile

  • Sugoroku Toshusai

Japanese musician and essayist. His music is based on everyday events, combining humorous lyrics with a variety of sounds. In 2026, he released his first full album, "Sugoroku Comics." It is also fresh in our memories that he served as a guest act for Kaonashi Hasegawa. As part of his life's work, he is also working on setting songs to the titles of articles in "Yahoo! News". His live performances (featuring him singing while playing an instrument) take place on an irregular schedule, making them events you won't want to miss. *He writes the lyrics, composes the music, arranges, performs, records, masters, and creates the artwork himself. He is not an ukiyo-e artist.
