Raised in Tokyo, VAL started rapping in Japan and has been active in both the major and indies underground scene for 20 plus years as a English/Japanese bilingual MC. Who?Me - Japanese multi-Instrumentalist/Arranger/Producer. An artist who formally arranged and remixed Popular music has reinvented himself to a formidable Hip Hop Producer.
