Listening to Stokowski's romantically orchestrated arrangements of Bach made me think, I want to orchestrate Bach as well. I was ready to start right away, but so many people have already arranged Bach that I felt there was no point in adding yet another version. So I decided to reach beyond Bach and explore other composers instead.
