The song title is taken from the movie[2001: A Space Odyssey]
It is composed of a spacey, futuristic sound with a focus on electro, resulting in a driving tune with a sense of speed.

This album was entirely recorded at home, with Kazuki Muraoka, an electronic musician who also works with w.a.u's Möshi, serving as the mix engineer, and was released on METAN HYDRT, a label run by producer Shinpei Tsuzurano.

The artwork was created by designer Ryoma, who runs the silkscreen group ``STARINKPRINT''.
