Hip Hop beatmaker NARISK's album "BLOCK CHORDS," created with the concepts of Spiritual JAZZ and NEO SOUL, will be available for download on Monday, September 8, 2025.
The new album, "BLOCK CHORDS," is interwoven with collaborative tracks created by unique singers and instrumentalists at key points.
Emotionally stirring instrumental beats support the album as a whole, while distinctive keyboard playing is incorporated throughout to spice up the work and make it one that you'll want to listen to over and over again, resulting in a finish that you won't get bored of.
I hope that through this album you can sense NARISK's clumsy side as a beatmaker, and his message that "music and life are free."

NARISK is a music Composer / Beat Maker / DJ from Fukuoka Prefecture. With his musical roots in the classical piano he was exposed to as a child, he began producing music, gaining courage and wisdom from hip-hop sampling culture. His vintage-style sounds are often filled with nostalgia and melancholy, providing listeners with the ultimate sense of relaxation. He has previously produced and released a collection of beat tapes himself, released beat tapes through OILWORKS, collaborated with Okinawa-based CHOUJI, released a split EP with MukuRo, and collaborated with fellow Fukuoka natives Tomohiro and PEAVIS. He has also written music for some of Japan's most unique artists, including Kojoe, Japanese Magenies, RYKEYDADDYDIRTY, and Senninsho, as well as for commercials for companies like NIKE.
