KYONOはTHE MAD CAPSULE MARKETSのボーカリストとして2006年まで活動。その後ソロプロジェクトWAGDUG FUTURISTIC UNITYやT.C.Lとして活動中。KYONO名義では２年振り、更にレベルアップしたセカンドアルバムをリリース。

　今作には、フィーチャリングアーティストにDragon AshのKj、10-FEETのTAKUMAとパワフルかつ魅力的な2人のボーカリストが参加。「THE WAY feat.Kj (Dragon Ash)」はTBS系「スーパーサッカー」8月度エンディングテーマに起用され、iTunesの配信ロックジャンル、ランキングで１位を獲得した！

　アルバムタイトルの「S.A.L」とはStem！Art！Loud！→ステムデータでやりとりし、さらに芸術性の高い音を目指し、それをでかい音で表現する。という意味。
KYONOの力強く、前向きなメッセージ性の高い楽曲が満載なセカンドアルバムです。

    Since 2007, he has been working on his solo project WAGDUG FUTURISTIC LAUNCHED UNITY FOR FESTIVALS SUCH AS KNOT FEST AND AIR JAM Performing, at the same time as the hardcore band T.C.L. He continues to perform regularly and still performs live regularly. Other guest vocals by numerous artists Also participated.
