作詞作曲からダンスの振り付けまで手掛け、ソウルフルな歌声とエネルギッシュなステージパフォーマンスを武器に活動するミームトーキョーNENEのソロプロジェクト「ロマンチック中毒」から２ヶ月連続でEPのリリースが決定。その第一弾として 「INSIDE OUT EP1」を12月10日にリリース。

EP1は自身の内面にフォーカスした作品となっており、イントロのリフから心を捕まれる"But I am a good girl"、意味深な笑顔にキャッチーなメロディの"ニコニコ・ナイト" 、上京したばかりのリアルなリリックを綴った"もしもし"、ロマンチック中毒的令和シティポップ"孤独のワルツ"の計4曲が収録。

アートワークに関しても自身が手がけ、ジャンルレスな活躍を期待させるロマンチック中毒の新しいステージを象徴するEPとなっている。
