リリース作品としては５作目になるこの''Tea or Not Tea??''。お茶かお茶じゃないか、ジャンルなのか、ジャンルじゃないのか、表現は様々だと思っている私からしたら、ヒップホップを基にしながら、他ジャンルにも手を差し伸ばしてみる。今回も、R＆B、レゲエ、極上バラード、ロックンロールなど、様々なジャンルでKOFFIEの思いと物語を歌う。インストは自然を意識し、色んな国行くような、それこそ飲み物でいうところの、コーヒーなのか烏龍茶なのか、はたまた麦なのか、お酒なのか、聞きながら好きなものを飲んでほしい、そんなアルバムになった。
