"Teren Tekuda"
Midday light in Yoshiwara leaves no room for lies.
Short shadows expose even the love meant to be hidden.
"Teren tekuda de arinsu" -
a courtesan's playful denial.
Yet a single kanzashi hairpin betrays her heart.
A composed silhouette.
A woman who refuses to turn back.
And a love that trembles most in the light.
Blending traditional Japanese textures with boom-bap rhythm,
the track captures tension under daylight
and the quiet truth beneath pride.
A song about strength,
and the love that refuses to stay concealed.
Liminal Reverie is an instrumental music project centered on the theme between reality and dreams. Between day and night. After the crowds fade away. Moments where reality and dreams have not yet fully separated. Liminal Reverie turns the lingering presence, afterglow, and quiet atmosphere of those moments into sound. The project is built on two complementary musical axes: Japanese side: Edo Lofi Western side: Liminal Reverie Each explores a different world, while sharing the same sense of liminality.
