Earlier this winter, motorpool announced that they would welcome new members and transform into a full band.

The second installment in their four-month consecutive release project, Rainy Rain, features lyrics by Nishikawa and music by Yamazaki.
With a lively band arrangement enhanced by a brass section, the song vividly captures the scenery and emotions of a rainy day.
It's a track that shines with motorpool's signature musical approach - turning gloomy skies into a bright, optimistic landscape through pop-infused sound.

    motorpool is a singer-songwriter unit consisting of a man and a woman from Hokkaido. Each writes lyrics and composes their own songs, and have over 500 songs in total. In January 2018, motorpool launched its solo career while actively touring throughout Japan as a solo artist. Crossing pops, ballads, city pop, and electronic music, they vividly depict the landscape of the heart. In 2025, they will celebrate the 7th anniversary of their activities, and will also be releasing 4 consecutive months of music starting in July of the same year.
