I made this album to commemorate my 70th birthday. This album is filled with the songs, voices, and instrumental performances of the people who have colored my musical life, from my 20s to my 70th birthday. It includes sepia-toned songs from when I first started out, songs about people who have passed away, songs of unforgettable memories, songs of quiet resistance, and songs that I hope will continue to be sung forever.
