A new recording for this album by Calm, one of Japan's top jazz - chill-out - Balearic artists, who is also highly regarded overseas, is a wonderful cover of HOLGER CZUKAY's classic 'Persian Love', arranged in a comfortable way. The music was created with the concept of peaceful music for the living room. The cover design is by Jiro Fujita (FJD), who has done artwork for Nujabes' works, and is a work of art that fantastically expresses the mind inside the brain guided by the music. Calm
From an early age, he grew up listening to the non-commercialised music selection on 'NHK-FM'. It was during this period that his songwriting and DJ music selection, which was not influenced by genres or trends, was formed. After playing in an omnivorous dance-rock band, he awoke to the freedom of using sequencers and began his solo career. He made his debut in 1997 with the Calm EP. Since then, he has consistently released singles and albums. Currently active in promoting sunset chill-out as well as the dance music scene of clubs and festivals.
