A Place of Rest is an ambient album inspired by the idea of a peaceful sanctuary somewhere that may exist both in memory and imagination.

It could be a place once visited, or a landscape that lives quietly within the mind. Through slowly shifting layers and spacious tones, the music explores the gentle feeling of returning to such a place.

The album was created primarily with hardware instruments such as the Digitone and OP-1 field. By working hands-on with these instruments, subtle fluctuations and warmth naturally emerge in the sound.
