The sounds used in this piece go directly into the Yoshida Brewery, the setting, and are generated in the daily process of sake brewing. We sampled every sound in the room.
It's extremely sensitive sampling music that builds up an actual, realistic atmosphere without losing its freshness. It is a song that truly embodies the idea that "there is evolution because there are constraints".
