SAITAMA SAKE SONG VOL.1

Home to 31 sake breweries, Saitama Prefecture boasts a rich and diverse sake culture. This album is the first installment of a music project created to share that culture through song, featuring 10 breweries and their unique stories.

Born from the radio program "Nomiguchi Suisui" hosted by Japanese sake singer Uina, each original track captures the history, passion, and craftsmanship behind a participating brewery. In a unique collaboration, brewery owners themselves take part in the recordings, bringing their personalities and voices directly into the music.
