SHISHINOODOSHI's new release "No.44," marking their return after about a year, is a new EP featuring five tracks. Produced entirely independently amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, following four self-produced singles, this release brings back the familiar music producer for SHISHINOODOSHI, "Shingo.S," along with "T.O.M," and introduces the up-and-coming "maeshima soshi," whose produced tracks have collectively surpassed 100 million streams, as the arranger. Additionally, featuring as guest artists are hometown childhood friend "WAKO" and the noteworthy young rapper from Okinawa Japan gaining attention for collaborations with CHICO CARLITO, "bby_mell0w." Through their self-production journey, the duo has crafted "No.44," a work that reflects on their own expressions and sets the stage for a new chapter under the name "SHISHI" within SHISHINOODOSHI.

SHISHINOODOSHI
SHISHINOODOSHI is an Okinawan music duo consisting of TACK (MC), from Minamidaito Island, and ODO (Dr), from Naha. Built around their distinctive one-MC, one-drummer setup, their sound blends elements of Hip-Hop, Reggae, Rock, Pop, and traditional Okinawan music. Drawing inspiration from the landscapes and emotions shaped by their Okinawan upbringing, TACK's honest, unfiltered lyrics and ODO's groove come together to create a sound uniquely their own. Their signature track "Itsumademo" gained attention across Chinese social media, becoming a catalyst for SHISHINOODOSHI's music to reach listeners beyond Japan. They have also collaborated with a diverse range of artists, including CHICO CARLITO, ASOBOiSM, Anly, and Young Ohara. Based in Okinawa, SHISHINOODOSHI continues to actively release new music and perform live. On June 26, 2026, they released their new digital single, "Sunset Memory 26'."
