• Chriss Koyama

  Chriss Koyama is a Japanese jazz vocalist performing regularly at jazz clubs throughout Tokyo, as well as at restaurants, private parties, weddings, and events for companies and organizations since 2007. Fascinated by musical stars such as Frank Sinatra, Julie Andrews, Bette Midler, and many more in musical movies, her love for American jazz and pop standards started at an early age. Studying under Clyde. W. Williams (The Voice Space) in Tokyo, and other vocal coaches in New York City, she learned the importance of not only technical aspect of singing jazz, but musically and lyrically delivering the message of a song. In addition to her intimate live performances at restaurants, bars, and jazz clubs, she, also a Lindy and Blues dancer, has been entertaining the crowd of fellow Swing and Blues dancers, singing with various bands at dance parties. Her stylish and sophisticated singing with her very talented band members will bring a touch of class to any event!
