舞台作品のために書き下ろした曲。丁度、某感染症が流行っていた時期き書いた楽曲で、ミュージシャン仲間達に対して、本当、大変だよなぁ、共に頑張ろうぜって思いを込めて書いた。劇団の若手公演の主題歌だったのでステップアップして進んでいきたいと願いを込めて曲の頭に階段を駆け上がるようなメロディーをつけた。コーラスで入っている二人は、劇団の後輩で僕と彼らの3人でのお芝居だったので、二人の声を入れたくて、無理言ってお願いした。二人のおかげで楽曲にいい意味でダサさが出てとても好き。
