Inverted Nightscape

Haruka

Please be with me forever

Please be with me forever

Please be with me forever

Artist Profile

  • Haruka

A singer songwriter known for her clear yet husky vocals and cinematic songwriting style. Her music often begins with an image rather than lyrics or melody. She imagines what kind of scene the music should evoke and how listeners might naturally move with the rhythm. This approach gives her songs a strong sense of atmosphere and groove. Growing up listening to artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, and WHAM!, she developed a love for the melodic energy of pop music from the 1970s and 1980s. Inspired by the musical film Dreamgirls, she decided in high school to pursue music seriously and began studying singing, songwriting, guitar, and piano. Today she also produces music using DTM and expands her sound from intimate acoustic performances to rhythm driven tracks. Deeply influenced by the powerful stage presence of Beyoncé, she aims to create live performances where audiences can truly feel and experience the world of the music.
