Cool Fusion of Acoustic Guitar and Horns.

Starts with a 4-beat rhythm, featuring acoustic guitar leading against a horn section backing. It creates the feeling that something more is about to happen, and the acoustic guitar transitions into a jazz-inspired solo on an 8-beat rhythm; without horns. Then returns to the original 4-beat rhythm with horns, and ends. Piano adds a touch of color.
