"THE EARLY TOYBEE" is the debut full album from rock band toybee, which began its activities in 2021. The album features songs born during the one and a half year period of the band's "Chapter 1".

This album includes tracks such as " (Even if) Not Like a Movie," which sings about how even if life isn't like a movie, everyday life is still wonderful; "DREAMING ZOMBIES," which gives courage to keep moving forward even when covered in mud; and "Flight Music," which fills you with a soaring feeling as if flying in the sky.

Despite incorporating various music genres both old and new, this album is packed with the charm of the rock band toybee, who continue to play "melodic guitar riffs and catchy melodies" without fading away.

toybee
A 3-piece "New Generation Rock 'n' Roll & Pops" band formed in 2021 and based in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. Under the concept of "TOY ROCK"-rock 'n' roll that is brighter and more fun than anyone else's-they have garnered passionate support in the Tokyo live house scene. In January 2025, they successfully sold out their solo show at Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO, proving their growing momentum. In January 2026, TOYBEE released the E.P. "TOYROCK INVASION," welcoming their first-ever producer, Kenji Ueda (Kuroneko Domei / ex-the pillows). With their largest solo concert to date confirmed for March 22 at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM, TOYBEE is a band on the rise to watch.
