"My Life," sung by JUDY of THE Shonan Band Tsukigumi, is a poem drawn from a few pages of my own life, the songwriter and composer Iijima Katsuji, that describes my way of life, in which I agonize every day over the gap between the way the world lives its world and my own, but stay positive and optimistic as I try to enjoy the long but short journey that is life.

I am halfway through my life, but there are still many things I feel I am not fulfilled. I think many of you would say the same thing, but I often feel this way about other people, not about myself.

I am trying to live my life without regrets, but when it comes to other people's affairs, there are many things that are not so easy to do if you are selfish. As long as I am alive, there will always be a tomorrow! Regardless of whether it is good or bad, I want to live a positive and meaningful life.
