Nao Tamashiro
Born in Amagasaki Hyogo Nao Tamashiro is a singer songwriter currently based in Tokyo With a powerful voice and honest relatable lyrics she creates music that transcends genre boundaries In her live performances she places great importance on the world of each song while striving to create a stage that brings the entire audience together In 2019 Nao launched her own event Gems Pumped in Osaka For approximately five years she held the event regularly every two months building a consistent presence through live performances and independent event production After performing at a solo concert in Osaka she expanded her activities to Niigata where she has performed street concerts appeared at various events and held solo shows Through music she has built connections with people in each community while continuing to share her music beyond her home base Nao is currently releasing her 2nd Mini Album life size I want this song to reach 1000 people is the message behind her challenge to deliver 1000 copies of her CD to listeners
