シンガーソングライター レゲエシーンから彗星のごとく現れ”PERFECT VISION” でメジャーデビュー。 アルバムは60万枚のヒット。 凡ゆるジャンルの音楽を作れる作曲家、プロデューサーとして活動。 中でも”ソカ”という音楽を日本のPOPSにする名手として名高く、“シャナナ”や、湘南乃風 “睡蓮歌”など作曲、プロデュースし、その曲とともに 日本にタオルを回して盛り上げるという文化を広めた。 2020年8月にデビュー18周年を迎え、デビュー日の8月21日に自身初となる無観客配信ライブを行う。 2021年4月に、日本の貧困問題を救うべく作られたDJ YUTAKAプロデュースによるチャリティーソング「Good Good」を配信。同曲はラッパーの晋平太、SIMON JAPとフィーテャリングのrap ver.とMINMIソロver.が同時リリース。 2022年8月の20周年に向けて、連続デジタル配信を予定している。 その中でも注目が、三木道三ことDOZAN11とのコラボ曲「花火」日本中を元気にする歌が完成した。
