SAORI presents *MIDNIGHT EQUATION*, a FUSION EP inspired by the energy and atmosphere of the night.
Driven by light, rhythmic grooves, sharp guitar sounds, and SAORI's powerful, expressive vocals, the five tracks take you on a journey through the many faces of the midnight city.
From stylish tracks blending Japanese and English lyrics to emotional love songs, sophisticated late-night grooves, and dreamy moments beneath the moonlight, each song captures a different mood while flowing together as one continuous nighttime story.
Blending elements of pop, rock, R&B, and funk with the freedom of FUSION, *MIDNIGHT EQUATION* puts SAORI's dynamic vocals and vibrant guitar-driven sound at the center.
The deeper the night becomes, the freer the music gets.
Let SAORI's voice take you through five different shades of the night.

Artist Profile

  • Moonlit Vox

Moonlit Vox is an independent music project built around AI-assisted music production, exploring the emotional landscapes of the city at night. Drawing inspiration from the textures and atmosphere of 1980s 90s City Pop, Moonlit Vox reimagines nostalgic sounds through a contemporary lens. Its music explores themes of nighttime city life, fleeting encounters, memories of love, and emotions that are difficult to put into words. While City Pop and R&B form the core of its sound, Moonlit Vox also embraces a wide range of styles including ballads and Dance Pop. Distinct female vocal identities and original series are developed to create different moods and musical worlds within the project. Among its signature series are CITYLOVER, which captures the essence of classic Japanese City Pop, and After Dark, which explores a darker, more intimate R&B atmosphere. Rather than focusing solely on individual songs, Moonlit Vox places equal importance on building a consistent world and identity across its releases. Since beginning its full scale music production and distribution in 2024, Moonlit Vox has released hundreds of original tracks and continues to develop new music on a regular basis. AI technology is used as part of the creative process, while each release is carefully shaped through songwriting, arrangement, sound design, vocal production, and visual direction. With a simple philosophy music for the night, and music that stays with you when you are alone Moonlit Vox continues to pursue a contemporary Japanese pop sound where nostalgia and modern creativity coexist.
