Liminal Spaces is SoLunia's second full-length: a concept album of eleven pieces that braid together time-anxiety, everyday stasis, chosen solitude, and the hesitant drift along life's thresholds, with the title track pulsing quietly as the heart of the record where feelings live in-between.
By sequencing aggressive mid-to-uptempo cuts against whisper-led, reverb-drenched stillness, the album lets the body feel that friction of "wanting to move / wanting to stop" as a physical sway rather than an idea.
From the accelerated wear-and-tear of "Time Riot" and "Endless Pain," into the anechoic inwardness of "Liminal Spaces" and "Silent Notifications," and finally toward the faint afterglow of "Echoes Don't Define Me," the narrative arcs like one sleepless night crossed in a single sitting.

Sound & themes
Rooted in electronic rock yet threaded with the grit and tensile snap of punk/alternative, the record sculpts the sensation of "the boundary" through the clash of pounding beats and lucid silence.
The lyrics map social noise and private muteness, blinking notifications and delayed heartbeats, lost belonging and halting forward motion-balancing image and bluntness to reach a shared, nameless ache.
"Still Scared, Still Here" raises the album's ethic in plain words: not triumph over fear, but a will to continue while carrying it-an affirmation of imperfect persistence.

Artist Profile

  • SoLunia

"Not rescue, but resonance." SoLunia is a music project that sits with loneliness and anxiety as they are -without trying to fix them. The name combines "Sol" (sun), "Luna" (moon), and "ia" (place): a liminal space between light and shadow where ambiguous emotions are allowed to simply exist. Rather than uplifting encouragement, SoLunia offers quiet resonance - the feeling of someone sitting beside you, looking at the same darkness. The songs explore validation-seeking, digital disconnection, the fear of motionless days, and the slow fracture behind "I'm fine." Drawing from lived experience, SoLunia blends AI-based composition with human-crafted lyrics and mixing finding expression in the subtle warmth that emerges between technological precision and human imperfection. Key releases include Validation Economy, Frozen in Motion, Liminal Spaces, Out of Sync, and Five Minutes Forever.
