In 2007, at the age of 12, he began creating works within his local community in Okinawa. Over time, he started uploading his creations to personal websites and forums like 2ch, moving between different aliases and locations while maintaining an unstable artistic presence.
In 2017, he joined "ouinjima kominkan", a community focused on rhyme-based rap. Now, in 2025, at the age of 30, he has begun releasing albums under the name "Chibana Tai", which closely resembles his real name.
This album is a best-of collection featuring past demo tracks and various works spanning pop and internet rap. One standout track, "utsushi", features his high school classmate "HYPER HEALTH CARE" and showcases "ouinjima kominkan"'s signature style-the "four-hit homophonic rhyme," a masterclass in wordplay.
The album artwork was created by Karoto, a fellow "ouinjima" member. The collection also includes remade tracks specifically for this release, offering a diverse and engaging listening experience.
