Artist Profile

the BL00M
A music project produced by 15-year-old multi-instrumentalist HARU. After live performances, music production, and solo activities, the band project will also kick off in January 2025. HARU converts the inspiration that naturally arises from sessions with a fluid lineup of members drawn to his pull into soul. He started playing guitar at eight and, influenced by neo-soul and black music artists like John Mayer and Mateus Asato, began composing music. Currently, he is growing as a versatile creator, handling guitar, bass, keyboards, samplers, dance, DJing, and programming with DAW software. In addition to instrumental works of his own composition, he actively releases R&B and pop works featuring singers of the same generation, including arrangements and guitar support, attracting attention from listeners both in Japan and abroad. He advanced to the third round LIVE of the 2025 and 2026 Flash Riot competitions. In 2024 and 2025, he participated in nationwide events at Zepp Nagoya, rocking a 1,500-person venue all by himself. He won the RO JACK WINTER FINAL 2025 and performed at the opening of COUNTDOWN JAPAN 25/26. Released "Chitte" via Universal Music. Participated as a guitarist in the ZOOT16 project led by Toshimi Watanabe, 'ONE DROP PANTHERS i & peace.' Selected as a TOP100 artist in TuneCore's "INDEPENDENT ARTIST 100 - 2026" nomination. Participated as a track maker in Victor Entertainment's music project from00#3. Received the Encouragement Award at MIGAKU / from00, Chinatsu, Shotok University DTM Koshien 2025. Won 1st place in the student division of the Sounds Contest 2025. Regularly hosts his own project 'Soul Drunker,' appreciating the joy of live performances, the music environment, friends, and showing respect.
