2020年のいつ頃かに結成。徳島在住のism rockfield (ex.mule/NAMiDA)とJAWZZ (オリーブがある/ex.驢馬)、福岡在住のMars (Paraele Stripes/ANALOGIX)という、ちぐはぐな3名を中心とするオンラインバンド。まだ一度も全員で顔を合わせたことはない。theOKという名の通り、まぁ悪くないねって具合に活動していくだろう。
