Wakan Saotome ( age 63 ) is a full-time Shamisen ( Japanese traditional guitar ) player and singer who received professional Japanese traditional music training. On the other hand Saotome remains passionate for western popular music such as blues, rock and funk. Saotome started collaboration with bassist / producer / photographer Hiro Ugaya and his music unit "Ugadub" in 2016 both in live performances and studio recordings in Tokyo region, Japan.

The single here is from their debut album "Wakan + Ugadub" which was solely recorded in Ugaya's recording studio in Tokyo, Japan from 2018 to 2020.
