人気落語家、春風亭一之輔をプロデュース＆作詞にむかえ、古典落語をhy4_4yh（ハイパーヨーヨ）がラップミュージックにする「落語ラップ」シリーズの第二弾で、前作の「芝浜」を題材とした「SHIBAHAMAX 〜シバハマだいたいこんな感じ」に次いで今回は「目黒のさんま」を題材とした傑作。
編曲を「ドラゴンボール劇場版」「アンフェア」「テルマエ・ロマエ」「沈まぬ太陽」などの音楽を手掛けた日本アカデミーショー受賞作家の住友紀人氏が担当。
R＆B風味のトラックに、一之輔師匠がこの曲の為に収録した落語のセリフやヴィヴァルディー四季の秋をサンプリングしているのも聴きどころです。
さらにジャケットは「電気グルーヴ」や「きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ」等のアートワークでお馴染みのグラフィックデザイナーの巨匠の田中秀幸氏が担当。また、MVを「サザンオールスターズ」や「ザ・クロマニヨンズ」等のミュージックビデオを手掛けたスミス監督が制作する。
春風亭一之輔 師匠プロデュース、作詞に加え巨匠揃いの最強の布陣でおおくりする落語ラップ「SMK〜サンマは目黒にかぎる（feat.春風亭一之輔）」をどうぞご期待ください

    hy4_4yh started from Akihabara, Tokyo in 2006. It is an alternative girl's musical unit which is pop, rock, punk and funk. Having well-blended nature of both an idol and an artist, it has extremely unique taste which no one could follow. hy4_4yh has released 6 albums and 17 Maxi singles. Their live performances, singing and dance which are really "hyper", well elaborated compositions, and again "hyper" clown on the stage will bite all the audiences and won't let them go. Now their "hyper" freaks are increasing day by day. Produced by a genius artist Masaru Ezaki, now they are active "HYPER-ly"!!
