  • KOIAI

Formed in December 2022. Rock unit consisting of four Japanese women. Two of Japan's leading young female shredders Li-sa-X and Hazuki who lost their singer in the previous Li-sa-X BAND met singer Kotono with roots in pop and dance music. The three of them collaborated on a cover of POLYPHIA "ABC" on YouTube and saw so much potential in each other that they decided to form a band. In February 2023, the band performed at the Oddball Festival in India, even before the official release of their music. They performed in three cities with The Aristocrats, BloodyWood, and others. In May, they released their first EP "Deep Indigo" as an independent production, followed by their second EP "Deep Love" in October. In December 2023, the band's first anniversary, drummer Kanade, who has been supporting the band's live performances for some time, joined as an official member. With this addition, the band now consists of four members. KOIAI has two meanings in Japanese: dark indigo and deep love.
