The path you've walked so far, the environment you find yourself in now, and the skills and knowledge you've accumulated. Experiences that were once scattered in different places come together through a single "Piece," giving rise to a new landscape.
"Fitting Piece," a five-track instrumental collection by ChūBa aka KEIJI, is a work that translates into sound the sensations born from such turning points in life.

Centered on hip-hop, all five tracks weave together the warmth of jazz and soul, the depth that evokes nature, and even the atmosphere lingering in urban back alleys. Precisely because these are wordless instrumentals, each listener's own memories and emotions slip into the gaps.

Graphic designer Yon_Riku Yamagami was responsible for the jacket design. He translated the feeling embedded in the work-that "scattered elements come together as one, giving rise to a new landscape"-into visuals from a perspective distinct from that of the music.

The moment he realized his past experiences were not in vain. The moment when scattered dots connected to form a line, and the path to the next stage began to take shape. "Fitting piece" embodies ChūBa aka KEIJI's anticipation and determination as he takes on new challenges, as well as a quiet conviction that hope exists in every place.
