Wide Range Tinnitus Relief Sounds (white noise off Ver.)

The number in the title is the frequency (Hz).
A higher number indicates a higher sound.
If it matches your own tinnitus sound, you will feel relief immediately.
First, try 8,000 Hz to 11,000 Hz, which is found in many cases of tinnitus.

*How to use
Either speakers or earphones can be used. Set the volume to a level at which the tinnitus is no longer bothersome.
Please note that if you set the volume higher than necessary, when you stop the sound, your brain may be more focused on the tinnitus than before the playback.
When using it during sleep, we recommend using speakers to reduce the strain on your ears.

*Why tinnitus is relieved
When you hear random sounds that sound similar to the tinnitus and contain frequencies close to the tinnitus sound, it can distract your brain from the tinnitus.
This can distract the brain from the tinnitus, and relief or disappearance can be felt.
This series uses the most popular tones and frequency ranges of tinnitus.
It is not expected to be effective in relieving low frequency or sharp tinnitus.

*Features of this sound
A sine wave composed of chords and random sounds is played.
This is an original sound produced using high quality equipment used in music production, not recorded from treatment equipment or noise generators.
For this sound, we used the frequencies of the musical scale.
For example, if a 400 Hz sound is played, the closest A (440 Hz) frequency is played.
The combination of these sounds with familiar chords makes it easier to listen to, and it can be used for a wider range of tinnitus.

*When used as a therapeutic sound for tinnitus
When you stop the sound, the tinnitus will start again immediately.
The treatment method is to accumulate this "experience of relief" from a short time, and gradually extend the time when it does not bother you, leading to improvement.
This is called TRT (Tinnitus Retraining Therapy).
The method involves acclimating the brain over a period of time, from several months to several years.
