2022年6月8日、浜離宮朝日ホールで開催された「藤原浜雄ヴァイオリン・リサイタル2022」のライブ録音です。
ー藤原さんのリサイタルが二年ぶりで開催された。藤原さんとのお付き合いの中で感じるのは、リベラルで飾らないお人柄と、純粋さである。そのお人柄は藤原さんの演奏にそのまま反映している。どこかいつも少年のような初々しさと躍動感、そしてわくわくするような好奇心に満ちていて、その演奏を拝聴した後は清涼感で満たしてくれる。既に古希を過ぎられているが、現在でもその音楽の初々しさは変わらない。(西原稔 ライナーノーツより)

Hailed on three continents as "conspicuously impressive" (Yomiuri News, Tokyo), "a superb artist" (New York Times), with a "burning sense of musical purpose" (London Times), his active recital career has recently taken him to Japan, India, and Western Europe, and the United States. He has appeared as soloist with major orchestras worldwide, including the Tokyo, Hong Kong, Seoul, Belgium, Rochester, Toronto, Vancouver. Mr. Fujiwara, a graduate of the Juilliard School, where he studied with Joseph Fuchs, has been a prizewinner in the National Music Competition of Japan, the Paganini International Violin Competition and the Queen Elizabeth International Music Competition. From 1992 to 2012, Mr. Fujiwara served as The Solo Concertmaster for the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Fujiwara has been also active in teaching, at the Juilliard School, the Manhattan School of Music, the University of Michigan School of Music, and currently at The Toho Gakuen School of Music, and The Tokyo College of Music.
A native of Japan, pianist Katsurako Mikami has won recognition in Japan, Europe and the United States for solo recitals, concertos with orchestra, chamber music performances and recordings. The critics have been unanimous in awarding her the highest acclaim for her musical sensitivity, technical polish and lyricism. Ms. Mikami received her musical training with Akiko Iguchi at the Toho Gakuen School of Music in Tokyo. Then she studied with Vlado Perlemuter at the Conservatory of Music in Paris under a French Government Scholarship and with Sascha Gorodnizki at the Juilliard School in New York as a scholarship student. She won numerous prizes and medals in Japan, Europe and the United States. Now Ms. Mikami is an honorable professor at the Toho Gakuen School of Music in Tokyo. She is also invited to summer festivals such as Prague, Leipzig and Nice etc.
