みそ汁かけご飯を希望したい
私の体に入ったうちの飼い猫
ニャーが言えずに困っている
昼食もキャットフードだった
自動給餌器とは便利なものだ

作ってくれる人がいないのだ
夕食もキャットフードだった

猫になっていま思い出してた
死んでいった家猫たちの事を
私たちは床の上に眠りながら

This poem was written by Tanaka Jiken in response to the title -I Was a Cat for Just One Day,- proposed by Yasutaka Oku, as part of the second phase of the Same Name, Different Works Poetry Space project.

Tanakajiken
Tanakajiken started his career an a singer-songwriter in 2007, as a vocalist/guitarist of Klagenicole (an alternative rock band which played in Kumamoto, Japan, in those days) After Klagenicole's hiatus, he played in several other bands(Mice Wet Shoes/Klagitz/zankyo souchi) In 2019, he became a solo-artist, singer-songwriter, and still continuing playing and singing.
