Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake
Too much food, people are lying
Beyond the wall, people are dying
The rulers hide the truth from the crowd
Wake up to the truth!
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
It’s the superstition, it’s that
There’s a righteous war in the world
Is there anything more than life?
Wake up to the truth now!
War is murder, then say
War is murder
I’d really wanna ask
Is there anything more than life?
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
I’m living, I’m singing for love
Today even many children are dying
Don’t wanna see the sad news anymore
How many people have died for nothing?
Everywhere we see is like midnight
Everywhere we see is like dark night
Don’t worry turn on the light
Our hands and love
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now
Knock the world awake
Knock the world awake, now

Artist Profile
HARUTA
I began writing lyrics, composing music, and producing beats in my second year of high school, consistently creating with a global perspective inspired by English-language and international music. After entering university, I traveled to Tanzania in Africa, where I released a collaborative track titled Daladala (Bus) with local musician $lyimo. The song went on to win awards in three categories at the East African Music Awards. My work and music videos have been featured on major Tanzanian radio stations and television programs, including Wasafi TV, and have also been covered by newspapers. In March 2026, I collaborated in Italy with Syrian artist Mirna Kassis to produce a new track. I continue to expand my musical activities in Tanzania, using my platform to deliver messages of peace and social awareness, inspiring people across cultures.
