Around 50 men, mainly vocalist Kawanishi Kasuke, say "Aim for Tokyo Budokan live"
"ROAD to BUDOKAN" was formed with the purpose.
It's been a year and a half since the story of the challenge of adult men began. The first album "ROAD TRIPPER" has finally been completed.
The songs they created with various careers are all catchy and melodious.
The sound is nostalgic and appeals to the listeners' hearts, while giving a variety of musicality such as straight rock, beautiful ballads, and upper dance tunes.
This album is the first step in the challenge of the dream of "Budokan Live", and the songs contained in it are also cheering songs for "Adults who never give up their dreams".
I want you to feel the hot message contained in one of their milestones.

Artist Profile

  • ROAD TO BUDOKAN

Formed in 2019, centered around vocalist Keisuke Kawanishi. In his youth, Kawanishi aspired to become a professional musician with his friends, but that dream did not come true. Later, he worked successfully as an editor for the automotive magazine NAVI and served as the editor-in-chief for numerous magazines, including MOTO NAVI and NAVI CARS. While establishing his own publishing company, he continued his music activities as his lifework. "Dynamite Pops," a popular music cover band in which he serves as the lead vocalist, became known as a popular group that always packs live houses to full capacity. However, hit by the publishing recession, he experienced a setback, losing everything, including his own company and magazines. In 2019, Kawanishi made a fresh start as a freelancer and began working as a motor journalist, editor, and personality. Taking the opportunity of turning 52 years old, he made up his mind and declared on SNS, "I want to fulfill the dream I had in my youth: a live performance at the Budokan." Men of the same generation who resonated with his passion gathered to form "ROAD to BUDOKAN". In April 2021, they released their 1st album, ROAD TRIPPER.Although forced into a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they resumed activities in 2024, welcoming a new member, Randy (Guitar), in addition to original members Kawanishi (Vocal)and Hayato (Drums). With support member Shicchy(Bass) also participating, the four of them continue their live performance activities.
